📋 Description

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Assist teams in embracing and refining Agile methodologies.

• Detect and help eliminate obstacles that hinder delivery.

• Foster collaboration between teams, business units, and technology departments.

• Monitor team metrics and indicators, promoting ongoing improvement.

• Aid Product Owners, leadership, and teams in organizing and tracking work requests.

• Promote organization, transparency, and visual management of work.

• Disseminate Agile best practices and support the growth of team maturity.

• Enable communication and alignment among stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in Information Technology projects or initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with varied audiences.

• Capacity to encourage collaboration, organization, and continuous enhancement.

• Proficiency in Agile management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Possession of at least one of the following certifications, or an equivalent: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster); A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster); PSM I, PSM II, or PSM III (Professional Scrum Master); SAFe Agilist; Kanban Management Professional (KMP).
