Senior Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to scrum master teams on agile principles and values to foster self-organization, continual learning, and ongoing improvement.

• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor and report essential information, tracking team progress.

• Create and implement process evaluation tools to evaluate the application of scrum principles.

• Generate actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality metrics.

• Formulate stakeholder communication strategies to collect and integrate feedback into process enhancements.

• Facilitate the scrum process while supporting the scrum team.

• Establish sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members on agile values, principles, and practices.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to mitigate potential challenges.

• 7-10 years of professional experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in fostering a growth mindset (agility and personal development for oneself and others).

• Skilled in execution and delivery (planning, executing, and supporting tasks).

• Knowledgeable in business intelligence.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.

• Certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.
