This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Lead data analysis processes for customer and internal validation initiatives.
• Take ownership of project design, biological interpretation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with wet-lab scientists, the Applications Team Lead, and the R&D team.
• Develop and interpret analysis strategies tailored for application development and pilot studies.
• Perform image preprocessing, cell segmentation, and spatial metrics extraction utilizing established pipelines.
• Gather and visualize results into standardized reports for internal utilization and customer delivery.
• Partner on method refinement, troubleshooting, and the development of new analysis metrics.
• Ensure data traceability and adherence to Moleculent’s data packaging standards.
• MSc or PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, image analysis, spatial omics, or a related discipline.
• A postdoctoral experience in a relevant field is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Experience in effectively presenting data both in writing and during oral presentations.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Expertise in spatial single-cell analysis.
• Capability to design, implement, and interpret analysis workflows for complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of immunology, including immune cell populations, marker panels, and tissue-based immune profiling.
• Valuable experience working directly with customers through pilot studies, fee-for-service delivery, or technical support.
• Experience collaborating across R&D, product, and commercial functions is advantageous.
• Skilled in summarizing insights for cross-functional teams.
