Senior SAP Consultant / Developer, S/4HANA Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Participate in S/4HANA transformation and migration initiatives within the SAP Utilities sector.

• Create and execute data migration strategies for intricate S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Examine both SAP and non-SAP source systems, developing extraction, mapping, and transformation frameworks.

• Design and enhance migration programs alongside data quality and validation tools.

• Assist in data cleansing, harmonization, and quality assurance efforts.

• Streamline and enhance migration workflows with a focus on quality, stability, and performance.

• Perform testing and facilitate business and technical go-lives.

• Provide guidance to business units, key users, and data custodians on both business and technical issues.

• Collaborate closely with business units, project teams, and decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration endeavors.

• Strong proficiency in ABAP, preferably including ABAP Objects.

• Robust experience in data migration, data modeling, and ensuring data quality.

• Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or similar migration tools.

• Knowledge of SAP Utilities or SAP IS-U is beneficial.

• Experience in analyzing complex systems and process landscapes.

• Analytical mindset and structured work approach.

• Strong solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality.

• Capacity to work autonomously, paired with a proactive, hands-on approach.
