Senior SAP Business Analyst – Opportunity to Cash, O2C & Aftermarket

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Work closely with business and digital team members as well as cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and offer advice on effectively using the ERP system.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute solutions that utilize S/4HANA, improving our workstream processes in accordance with the desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.

• Aid in the development of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies while aligning with common design goals.

• Assist in evaluating options for bolt-on applications and provide recommendations based on functional requirements, the desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.

• Support the data team and process teams with data mapping activities and testing.

• Document standardized solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.

• Provide functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows that fall within the scope of the workstream as part of the program.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%-50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience **__or__** an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience **__or__** in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with opportunity to cash (O2C) workstream processes or programming, aftermarket (MRO) processes, contract/warranty lifecycle management, and program management, with the ability to convert business needs into system requirements and process enhancements.

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with SAP systems including configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.

• Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects.

• Proven ability to successfully translate business needs into system requirements and process enhancements.

• Experience working on large, complex Aerospace & Defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations.
