Business Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative systems, programs, and processes to meet business goals

• Evaluate new systems, programs, and processes

• Deploy new systems, programs, and processes

• Develop improvements to current systems and processes

• Assess enhancements to existing systems and processes

• Execute enhancements to current systems and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED

• Ability to establish strong relationships with management across all Luminare Health Benefits locations

• Capability to research and acquire knowledge by reaching out to other subject matter experts within the company

• Strong attention to detail alongside analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Proficiency in resolving issues and identifying solutions with minimal management oversight

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Remote workers must reside within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, or New York

• Experience with PowerStepp is preferred
