This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Evaluate business processes and system requirements to pinpoint solutions and enhancement opportunities.
• Collect, document, and confirm business and system requirements.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, configurations, and automation initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data insights to facilitate decision-making.
• Oversee testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to address system-related challenges.
• Optimize processes, systems, and data solutions in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Boost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• BSA III: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, project management, loan administration, data management, or similar financial services sectors.
• BSA IV: Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, project management, loan administration, data management, or similar financial services sectors.
• Proficient in gathering business requirements, analyzing intricate business processes, and providing technology-driven solutions.
• Advanced expertise in at least two of the following: Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, TOAD, VBA, Agile methodology, Lean methodology, SDLC principles and practices, GIS, XML, or HTML.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, system improvements, and process enhancement projects.
• Background in commercial mortgage lending, investment operations, or related financial services roles.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise applications, system implementations, or automation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies aimed at continuous improvement and project delivery.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Ability to analyze data, identify underlying issues, and propose solutions to enhance business outcomes.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet employment, education, and licensing verification criteria.
