Senior Salesforce Technical Project Manager – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate Salesforce implementation projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Collaborate with internal project teams and clients to guarantee optimal project health and delivery excellence.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, resource coordination, and navigate conflicting priorities across various projects.

• Ensure compliance with Plative's delivery framework and project management methodologies.

• Provide updates on project status, risk management, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Coordinate project teams to integrate client business requirements into design specifications, multi-platform integrations, and data transfers.

• Prepare for and facilitate client discovery meetings and workshops.

• Identify client pain points and business goals.

• Advocate for clients and effectively manage escalations to uphold client relationships.

• Lead diverse teams throughout project lifecycles while fostering executive partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of practical project management experience in a consulting setting.

• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in implementing Salesforce.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects (valued at $1M+).

• Experience engaging with C-level executives.

• Excellent fluency in English.

• Strong relationship management capabilities.

• Proficient in financial and budget management along with IT governance processes.

• Demonstrated experience using enterprise project management tools such as Daptiv, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets, or similar.

• Proven experience with agile work management tools like Jira.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

• Experience in delivering complex Salesforce projects across various Salesforce Clouds, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (preferred).

• Multiple Salesforce certifications (preferred).
