Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise the system architecture, platform governance, administration, and performance for a Salesforce instance catering to over 250 users.

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions for revenue operations, sales forecasting, approval management, and customer lifecycle workflows.

• Manage platform security, user access, SSO, MFA, permission structures, and compliance initiatives.

• Build and enhance Salesforce flows, configurations, automated processes, and validation rules.

• Oversee DealHub CPQ and optimize quote-to-cash operations.

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations within the GTM ecosystem.

• Assess and implement AI-driven workflows utilizing MCP connectors and modern automation tools.

• Safeguard data integrity through governance frameworks, audits, validation, and monitoring.

• Create reports and executive dashboards for pipeline, ARR, forecasting, and operational metrics.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, RevOps, and IT stakeholders.

• Direct release management, platform enhancements, documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience managing Salesforce platforms within a SaaS Go-To-Market or Revenue Operations environment.

• Extensive background in configuring Salesforce settings, automation, security frameworks, and platform governance.

• Hands-on experience with DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or similar quote-to-cash systems.

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining enterprise integrations, webhooks, and REST APIs.

• Demonstrated success in establishing scalable reporting, validation, and data governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, basic Apex, validation rules, and Salesforce Flows.

• Experience supporting executive leadership through strategic initiatives and high-level operational reporting.

• Ability to translate intricate technical concepts into comprehensible language for business partners.

• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize, execute, and drive system enhancements.

• Expertise in AI capabilities, including prompt engineering, evaluating AI workflows, managing AI assistants, and identifying automation opportunities while ensuring governance and human oversight.
