Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional discovery efforts with client business units, operations, compliance, technology, and executive stakeholders.

• Conduct assessments of current states and perform gap analyses.

• Develop process maps for both current and future states.

• Design Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions tailored for wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, and other regulated industry applications.

• Present recommendations for architecture, solution alternatives, implementation roadmaps, delivery plans, trade-offs, and business value propositions.

• Define strategies for enterprise data architecture, integration architecture, and system-of-record management.

• Create approaches for security, privacy, consent management, and regulated data-sharing.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for delivery.

• Execute declarative Salesforce configuration utilizing platform tools, reports, dashboards, and automation features.

• Assist with user acceptance testing, including the creation of test scenarios, test scripts, issue triage, retesting, and obtaining business signoff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce, encompassing solution architecture, consulting, business analysis, or senior platform delivery roles.

• More than 5 years of experience in sectors such as wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, asset management, or another regulated financial services environment, along with hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

• Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional discovery and translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Proficient in creating process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, UAT documentation, and facilitating user acceptance testing and training for end-users.

• Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams that include both onshore and offshore members.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities, such as Flow, security, sharing, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and data management.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce data modeling, migration, data quality, and integration principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security and visibility mechanisms, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
