Salesforce Technical Architect, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and implement technical solutions for Agentforce and associated technologies.

• Explore the capabilities and limitations of Agentforce Agents to create innovative solutions and enhance business results.

• Work collaboratively with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to convert business requirements into expertly designed solutions.

• Manage and contribute to every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial design through to development, testing, and deployment.

• Monitor emerging Salesforce products and technical functionalities.

• Lead and take ownership of the comprehensive project technical solution design, encompassing agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment strategies, and supporting data structures.

• Set best practices for large-scale data ingestion into Salesforce for agentic solutions.

• Provide reusable assets to enhance delivery quality and consistency.

• Engage in recruiter, panel, organizational lead, and leadership interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• More than 4 years of experience in a Salesforce development role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript.

• Familiarity or working knowledge of contemporary coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

• Experience with Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Understanding of front-end web development concepts and HTML/CSS.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical details to diverse audiences.

• Experience with source control and branching/pull request methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD solutions and DevOps practices.

• Preferred experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI functionalities.

• Additional Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are advantageous.
