Salesforce Technical Architect, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create engaging experiences powered by Agentforce for users.

• Design and implement technical solutions for Agentforce and its associated technologies.

• Explore the limitations and capabilities of Agentforce Agents to enhance business results.

• Work in partnership with clients, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers.

• Convert business requirements into well-structured solutions.

• Supervise and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment processes.

• Direct the comprehensive technical solution design for projects, covering agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment techniques, and necessary data structures.

• Set best practices for large-scale data ingestion into Salesforce.

• Contribute to reusable assets to enhance the quality and consistency of deliverables.

• Monitor new technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and various other platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software and application development.

• More than 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript programming languages.

• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Python, Java, or C#.

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce technology.

• Knowledge of front-end web development principles, including HTML and CSS.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Experience with version control systems and branching/pull request methodologies.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.

• A total of 15 years of formal education.
