Salesforce Architect, Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create engaging experiences powered by Agentforce for users.

• Design and implement technical solutions utilizing Agentforce and associated technologies.

• Explore the capabilities and limitations of Agentforce Agents to craft innovative business solutions.

• Work collaboratively with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to convert business requirements into well-structured solutions.

• Manage and participate in the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to development, testing, and deployment.

• Take the lead on comprehensive project technical solution design, covering agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and relevant data structures.

• Establish best practices for large-scale data ingestion into Salesforce for agentic solutions.

• Develop reusable assets to enhance delivery quality and consistency.

• Monitor new product features and technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• At least 4 years of experience in a Salesforce development role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript is essential.

• Familiarity or working knowledge of modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Knowledge of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.

• Experience utilizing source control and branching/pull request strategies.

• Understanding of CI/CD solutions and DevOps practices.

• Preferred experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.

• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, particularly Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to diverse audiences.
