Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Analyze and verify business, functional, and technical requirements to establish effective solution strategies.

• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to team members while ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and CCC-approved design guidelines.

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Work closely with Salesforce developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional collaborators on comprehensive solutions.

• Review existing systems, pinpoint areas for improvement, and suggest changes that align with business objectives.

• Diagnose complex system problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and facilitate prompt resolutions.

• Evaluate requirements and provide recommendations regarding scope, development effort, and technical feasibility.

• Investigate, assess, and adopt tools, technologies, and best practices to improve solution quality.

• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.

• Engage in sprint planning, project planning, release coordination, and Agile ceremonies.

• Deliver updates during daily Scrum meetings and status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong expertise in the core capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

• Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture, including data modeling, security, and automation frameworks.

• Advanced skills in Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations using JSON and XML.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities for automation failures, Apex exceptions, and integration issues.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Force.com framework, governor limits, integration patterns, and Salesforce design best practices.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models, custom object and field configurations, data management, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and integration troubleshooting.
