This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Develop software applications in accordance with business needs.
• Act as a strategic problem solver, a trusted advisor, and an expert on the Salesforce platform.
• Align business goals with scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Take charge of challenges from initial discovery to final implementation.
• Utilize Salesforce technologies, integrations, automation, and data solutions to drive business results.
• Work independently and influence the technical direction.
• Make informed architectural decisions and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Recognize opportunities and question existing processes.
• Create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience throughout the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and foresee future requirements.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with both internal and external systems.
• Diagnose complex technical problems and conduct root cause analysis.
• Work in partnership with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of direct Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integration to internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, event-driven architectures, or other integration technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience in Agile work environments and collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competence in evaluating multiple solution options and making informed technical choices.
• Ability to translate vague business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
