Senior Salesforce Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Define and create interfaces and integrations that link Salesforce solutions with other Salesforce solutions, external applications, and third-party partners.

• Design integrations in accordance with integration architecture standards, recommended best practices, scalability, performance expectations, and Salesforce system resources and limits.

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and technical teams to comprehend integration requirements and design the integration framework.

• Define, design, develop, test, and implement interfaces and integrations for Salesforce solutions.

• Establish integration test plans and test cases, and carry out integration testing.

• Set up necessary environments and coordinate with application teams to establish integrated development and testing environments.

• Design and develop secure, scalable, high-performance interfaces within the confines of the Salesforce platform.

• Design and create data load processes, point-to-point interfaces, and middleware-based integrations, including MuleSoft.

• Establish guidelines and best practices for Salesforce interface design, development, and code/design reviews.

• Assist in the design and development of pre-built solutions and processes.

• Maintain extensive technical knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies and solutions.

• Conduct integration workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for both internal and external teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional technical knowledge coupled with strong communication skills.

• Solid technical expertise in Salesforce integration products and solutions, including Agentforce and Salesforce DX.

• Proven track record of architecting robust, highly scalable Salesforce integration solutions with enterprise platforms, such as MuleSoft, ERP, HCM, middleware, data warehousing, and BI/AI solutions.

• A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.

• At least 5 years of hands-on project delivery experience, including large-scale, end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients.
