Salesforce Technical Architect, AI – Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement technical solutions for Agentforce and associated technologies.

• Create engaging user experiences powered by Agentforce, delivering business value to clients.

• Explore the capabilities and limitations of Agentforce Agents to craft innovative business solutions.

• Work in partnership with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business requirements into well-structured solutions.

• Manage and participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from design to development, testing, and deployment.

• Direct the comprehensive technical solution design for projects, covering agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment strategies, and supporting data architectures.

• Set best practices for large-scale data ingestion into Salesforce for agentic solutions.

• Develop reusable assets to enhance delivery quality and consistency.

• Monitor new product features and technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• More than 4 years of experience in a development role with Salesforce.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Expertise in Apex and JavaScript, along with familiarity or hands-on experience with Python, Java, or C#.

• Background in developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Knowledge of front-end web development principles, including HTML/CSS.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical information to diverse audiences.

• Experience with source control and branching/pull request methodologies.

• Understanding of CI/CD solutions and DevOps practices.

• Preferred experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.

• Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are advantageous.
