Senior Salesforce Developer, German speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions utilizing various Cloud services.

• Create comprehensive Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization.

• Partner with stakeholders to collect requirements, assess business processes, and provide scalable solutions.

• Build Salesforce components leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud.

• Connect Salesforce to external systems using APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft and SAP CPI.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance efforts.

• Aid in DevOps automation through tools such as Git, Gearset, or DevOps Center.

• Propose enhancements for performance, reusability, and developer experience.

• Assist in resolving defects, implementing enhancements, and managing roll-out activities.

• Keep informed on Salesforce advancements and contribute to internal initiatives and team development.

• Function within developer teams of 5–10 members and agile project teams of 4–7 individuals to execute client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of practical Salesforce development experience.

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce implementations.

• Knowledge of integration design, platform limitations, and test automation.

• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools.

• Experience working in structured project teams or consulting settings.

• Eagerness to learn about Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.

• Strong analytical and complex technical troubleshooting abilities.

• Proficient in English and German.

• Capability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.

• Ability to learn and adapt within enterprise-scale environments.

• Salesforce certifications are preferred, including Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, and Integration Architecture Designer.

• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Consumer Goods Cloud is advantageous.

• Background in consumer goods or retail sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail is beneficial.

• Experience with XML-based design contracts and the Cordova mobile framework is a plus.
