Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the Salesforce ecosystem, including users, configuration, customization, and custom application deployment.

• Design customer solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform.

• Create roadmaps for Salesforce capability and architecture development.

• Foster a scalable enterprise perspective across all business sectors within Salesforce.

• Administer, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, encompassing configuration, data setup, and continuous support.

• Act as the principal subject matter expert on intricate or critical Salesforce business challenges and processes.

• Work collaboratively with project teams on application enhancements, system modeling, physical design, installation, and application optimization.

• Develop functionalities such as custom objects, fields, formulas, processes, flows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and analytics.

• Create and troubleshoot custom code using APEX, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, and related technologies.

• Establish and maintain Salesforce custom code bases and integrations.

• Oversee and support environment migrations and code deployments throughout the entire SDLC processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and professional experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Familiarity with source code repositories.

• Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficient with CI/CD DevOps tools such as Bitbucket and Jenkins.

• Understanding of Salesforce administration, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment processes.

• Knowledge of SOAP/REST Web APIs, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, and Triggers.

• Strong skills in relational databases.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
