Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Bring Salesforce project implementations to fruition by understanding client businesses and identifying their needs.

• Design, develop, conduct quality assurance, and launch Salesforce solutions.

• Contribute to the internal product development process and create significant components used to package solutions.

• Collaborate with clients and Solution Architects to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Architect Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, and Flows.

• Mentor junior developers to ensure robust delivery and foster team cohesion.

• Acquire and disseminate knowledge on new Salesforce features and major releases.

• Partner with the delivery team and customers to facilitate successful outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Work closely with clients and Solution Architects to outline requirements and provide solutions.

• Design solutions and develop using Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, and Flows.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with ERPs and external systems.

• Lead and guide junior developers.

• Ability to learn new technical skills and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases.

• Over 5 years of Salesforce development experience, primarily with LWC and Apex.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and multi-environment management, legacy-system integration using Salesforce APIs, and original code development.

• Proven experience in implementing new Salesforce deployments.

• Professional experience managing the complete Software/Systems Development Lifecycle, including structured code management.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.

• Practical experience in writing Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Flows.

• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML web services concepts.

• Salesforce certifications are a bonus, preferably Platform Developer I or II.

• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, Experience Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-Ins, Node, Angular, or React is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability to change.
