Manager – Salesforce Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Team Leads and individual contributors.

• Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to ensure that our Salesforce platform effectively meets business needs.

• Drive alignment and enhancement of processes within the Salesforce Engineering team.

• Promote adherence to Salesforce best practices for enterprise-level platforms.

• Take ownership of business processes from a technical perspective on the Salesforce platform.

• Suggest system modifications and improvements by coordinating with vendors, users, and IT teams.

• Assist in the design of system integrations.

• Oversee the application life cycle.

• Engage in significant implementation activities, familiarize yourself with the platform, configure designs, and maintain the platform.

• Investigate and rectify application errors, data inconsistencies, and performance challenges.

• Manage all technical aspects of projects that require application expertise.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience in Application Development.

• 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Experience working within an Agile team environment.

• Proven track record of evolving and implementing processes, methods, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Certifications in Salesforce, Scrum, or Project Management are advantageous.

• Proficient in various desktop applications, including MS Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.).
