Senior Salesforce Architect – Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Clarify requirements with the executive leadership and business departments of customers.

• Independently execute data models, Flows, Apex, and integrations.

• Integrate AI into customer processes utilizing Agentforce, Claude, or other appropriate tools.

• Make architectural decisions on various projects.

• Act as the technical point of contact for the team and provide support on projects you are not directly leading.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Provide assistance to colleagues in Germany and India.

• Ensure effective version control, testing, and documentation practices.

• Develop standardized products derived from support and onboarding packages.

• Create templates, implementation scripts, and guidelines for AI agents.

• Make proven project results reusable for future initiatives.

• Build and share expertise in financial services providers, processes, data structures, and requirements.

• Allocate approximately 60% of your time to customer projects and 40% to team and service development.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have extensive experience leading Salesforce projects as a Senior Consultant, Developer, or Architect.

• You possess the skills to configure and develop Salesforce solutions.

• Git, Salesforce CLI, and automated deployments are integral to your daily work.

• You are familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Agentforce in your professional activities.

• You hold informed opinions regarding the capabilities and limitations of AI tools.

• You can articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Good command of the English language.

• Experience in the banking, insurance, asset management, or FinTech sectors is advantageous.

• Salesforce certifications, such as Developer or Architect, are a plus.
