This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of high-level design and documentation of solution frameworks to meet user requirements.

• Lead the comprehensive evaluation of user stories for technical implementation, including identifying gaps between Salesforce capabilities and client requirements.

• Manage and enhance Salesforce extensions and third-party integrations.

• Oversee the underlying data model of Salesforce, ensuring thorough documentation, data governance, and its extension.

• Develop internal how-to guides and conduct relevant training sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp user needs and pinpoint automation opportunities within Salesforce.

• Offer technical leadership and promote best practices in integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative improvements.

• Assist the Salesforce Development Lead with intricate solution implementations, code reviews, deployments, and other support needs.

• Diagnose issues and support ongoing user requests.

• Stay informed about Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices; propose and implement solutions to enhance the platform and user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of prior experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.

• Familiarity with deployment toolsets.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API, supported by detailed experience.

• Proven history of successfully managing complex projects involving Salesforce and third-party vendors.

• Knowledge of LWC, Apex classes, triggers, and Flows.

• Proficiency with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Visual Studio Code.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to present data effectively to both business and technical teams.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps or other Agile tools.

• High attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Boomi or other integration tools is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its functionality, best practices, and integrations with commonly used third-party applications.

• Capability to articulate technical needs and solutions to non-technical personnel.

• Strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment while maintaining composure.
