Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and provide support for Salesforce solutions across the organization.

• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Create and maintain custom functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and related technologies.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to development standards, security protocols, and Salesforce best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve application issues, defects, and performance challenges.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, manage technical debt, and determine platform investments.

• Establish development standards, coding conventions, release management procedures, and quality assurance protocols.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers, administrators, and other technical team members.

• Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process enhancement.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications utilizing APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.

• Support integration architecture and strategies for data exchange.

• Work with enterprise technology teams to enhance system connectivity and information flow.

• Foster partnerships with business leaders to align solutions with operational goals.

• Facilitate user adoption through training, documentation, and system improvements.

• Engage in project planning, solution design sessions, and organizational initiatives.

• Offer technical insights on solution capabilities, risks, and best practices.

• Act as an escalation point for complex Salesforce issues and enhancement requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex business solutions.

• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Proficient with declarative development tools including Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

• Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

• Experience with Git and deployment tools such as SFDX, Gearset, Copado, or similar.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
