This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and guide technical development teams in executing intricate Salesforce projects.
• Drive presales initiatives, which include RFP responses, effort assessments, technical demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Offer architectural direction on Salesforce best practices, system integration, and process enhancements.
• Take ownership of technical project health, addressing issues and obstacles with stakeholders.
• Implement human-centered solution design, UX journey mapping, and rapid MVP development.
• Design and execute automated workflows using Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine traces, custom Flows, Apex actions, and external endpoints.
• Employ Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and the Einstein Trust Layer to securely anchor AI agents.
• Define and supervise scalable solutions utilizing the Lightning Framework and Salesforce APIs.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce market trends and emerging features to provide industry thought leadership.
• Ensure alignment of team execution with client requirements and architectural standards.
• A decade of enterprise experience in Solution Architecture, Lead Business Analysis, or CRM Product Management, with significant emphasis on Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
• Experience in multi-entity manufacturing, distribution, or B2B industrial contexts with intricate customer frameworks and customized pricing or quoting regulations.
• Direct experience in configuring Agentforce, including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Atlas Reasoning Engine.
• Proven ability to connect agents to Flows, Apex, and external REST/MuleSoft endpoints.
• Expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360), vector indexing, RAG, and the Einstein Trust Layer.
• Strong foundation in human-centered solution design, UX journey mapping, and rapid MVP prototyping.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise event-driven architectures, Pub/Sub API, identity/SSO management, and Large Data Volume governance.
• Familiarity with D365, Snowflake, and MuleSoft.
• Formal recognition in Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect tracks, including credentials in areas such as Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or Platform Developer II.
• Practical experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, drafting functional design documents, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Salesforce MVP or Agentblazer Champion/Legend recognition is advantageous.
