This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Design, create, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
• Develop high-performing, user-centered digital experiences for both public-facing and internal portals.
• Create custom Lightning Web Components and manage integrations.
• Implement secure and scalable solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Enhance performance for large datasets and high-volume environments within the public sector.
• Configure and tailor OmniStudio components for guided interactions and application workflows.
• Design reusable OmniStudio patterns that are in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Execute data transformation and orchestration utilizing DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
• Design and construct Experience Cloud solutions that incorporate role-based access, secure data sharing, and compliance requirements.
• Offer technical guidance regarding implementation strategies for Experience Cloud and OmniStudio.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, public-sector compliance, Section 508, and WCAG standards.
• Engage in code reviews and uphold development standards.
• Identify technical risks and propose strategies for mitigation.
• Ensure that solutions are maintainable, testable, and consistent with enterprise development standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and project stakeholders.
• Convert user stories into technical designs and detailed development documentation.
• Mentor junior developers while providing technical guidance.
• Contribute to internal best practices, coding standards, and reusable assets.
• Assist in backlog refinement and provide insights on estimates, dependencies, risks, and feasibility.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Profound expertise in OmniStudio, which includes OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
• Significant experience in implementing Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong development skills in Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, and Apex, including advanced triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce governor limits and experience in large-scale enterprise organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and sharing architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex performance and scalability challenges.
• Capacity to produce clear technical documentation and design artifacts.
• Proficient in utilizing Git-based version control and established code management practices.
• Experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring fellow developers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is preferred.
• Experience delivering solutions for state or local government organizations, especially in Texas, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Copado is preferred.
• Knowledge of government compliance, data privacy, security, and audit requirements is preferred.
• Experience in building large-scale citizen portals or case management systems is preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer certification is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background investigation is required for U.S. employment offers.
