Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, test, and launch Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.

• Design and execute integrations between Salesforce, core banking applications/platforms, and various systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and contemporary integration patterns.

• Work collaboratively with business and technology teams to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

• Assist with integrations, data migrations, and significant Salesforce releases.

• Diagnose production issues and ensure the stability and performance of the platform.

• Facilitate technical design discussions, mentor team members, and advocate for development best practices.

• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and release management activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and integration teams to provide scalable, high-quality enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience OR a High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent with 10 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support.

• Over 6 years of software engineering experience or equivalent expertise.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture.

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise application development.

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification is mandatory.

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is preferred.

• Knowledge of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Gearset, AutoRabit, or other similar DevOps tools.

• Proficient in Salesforce-to-Salesforce and Dynamics 365-to-Salesforce data migrations, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.

• Expertise in Salesforce data migration and integration tools, such as Data Loader, DemandTools, Informatica, MuleSoft, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and other ETL platforms.

• Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.

• Advanced Salesforce certifications are preferred.

• Technical skills include Salesforce, FSC, Apex, LWC, Flow, MuleSoft, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, API-Led Connectivity, nCino, Git, CI/CD, Data Migration, ETL Tools, Release Management, Agile, JavaScript, SQL, Enterprise Integrations, and API Development.
