Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, tailor, and sustain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and data models.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp requirements and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement.

• Design and execute automation solutions utilizing Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and various Salesforce functionalities.

• Facilitate Salesforce integrations with other business systems, ensuring dependable data flow and quality.

• Diagnose issues, explore root causes, manage enhancements, and assist in Salesforce administration, optimization, security, and performance.

• Contribute to the architecture, development standards, documentation, testing, and release processes of Salesforce.

• Report directly to the Director of Enterprise Applications.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and additional business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Practical experience in creating and managing Salesforce platform solutions, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology context.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data models, data migration, and Salesforce integrations with other business applications.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in transforming business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to work autonomously in a global, remote-first setting.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and document work effectively.
