Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the two-way synchronization service connecting Salesforce and the core platform.

• Develop new features from the ground up while continuously enhancing the existing codebase through active coding.

• Convert business and user needs into scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with a distributed engineering team.

• Optimize underutilized platform features and mitigate technical debt.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, improve system performance, and ensure data integrity.

• Guide team members and maintain precise, up-to-date technical documentation.

• Evaluate new releases in the Salesforce ecosystem and assess their relevance for the platform.

• Transition from Aura and Visualforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, primarily focusing on custom code rather than configuration.

• Profound knowledge of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

• Proficient in working with Aura and Visualforce code.

• Strong understanding of SOQL, SQL, and relational data modeling.

• Solid comprehension of event-driven architecture where Salesforce interfaces with external systems.

• Extensive knowledge of SFDC Flows, Metadata API, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with release management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• An AI-native approach to work, utilizing coding agents and LLM tools on a daily basis.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.

• Must be an established entity in Brazil capable of invoicing in euros.

• Salesforce certifications, experience with Agentforce or Einstein AI features, and knowledge of Spanish are preferred.
