Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions, encompassing applications, objects, workflows, and integrations.

• Create contemporary user interfaces utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.

• Develop and sustain Apex classes, triggers, and connections with external systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Employ Copado for DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, environment management, automated testing, and release deployments.

• Oversee and manage code using Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance limits.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues across both development and production environments.

• Assist in deployment activities and maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes and system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

• Capability to pass a federal background investigation, which includes a review of financial history.

• Ability to obtain and sustain a Public Trust security clearance.

• Strong expertise in the Salesforce Lightning Platform, particularly with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Practical experience with Copado or comparable DevOps tools for Salesforce.

• Experience with Visual Studio Code and Salesforce Extensions for development purposes.

• Solid background in Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and platform limitations.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Legal Case Management Systems, such as Legal Stratus, Litify, or similar platforms.
