📋 Description

• Define and implement robust Salesforce architectures that align with enterprise objectives and scalability needs.

• Assess and suggest best practices, tools, and strategies for Salesforce development and integration.

• Lead intricate, multi-system integrations that involve Salesforce and other platforms, particularly AWS.

• Develop sophisticated Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flow.

• Create custom applications and enhancements that prioritize scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.

• Establish and uphold development standards for code quality, testing, and deployment.

• Implement secure and efficient integrations between Salesforce and cloud services.

• Design and execute data management strategies for migration, integration, and data cleansing.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.

• Convert stakeholder business requirements into technical solutions.

• Facilitate technical discussions, address complex issues, and achieve consensus on architectural decisions.

• Enhance development processes, tools, and team collaboration.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce advancements and industry trends to implement relevant solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience.

• Demonstrable experience in Salesforce architecture, focusing on designing and implementing scalable solutions.

• Extensive proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configuration.

• Expertise in Salesforce data management, including large-scale data migrations, integrations, and cleansing.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, utilizing REST APIs and middleware.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and capability to design enterprise-level solutions.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

• Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications are preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare industry or with federal and state government clients is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks, is preferred.

• Ability to sit, read, work on a computer, and view a computer screen for prolonged periods.

• Occasionally capable of standing, walking, using hands and fingers, kneeling, or crouching.
