Salesforce Technical Architect – AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create experiences powered by Agentforce and deliver significant business value for clients

• Lead the technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360, and the wider Salesforce platform

• Guide delivery teams from the initial design phase through to deployment

• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and other team members

• Convert business requirements into well-architected solutions

• Supervise and partake in design, development, testing, and final deployment

• Investigate innovative AI-agent solutions to enhance business outcomes

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns

• Establish best practices for large-scale data ingestion into Salesforce and Data 360

• Develop agent grounding strategies utilizing unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes

• Define integrations of Salesforce with third-party systems

• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and adherence to development standards

• Define testing and evaluation methods for agents, including guardrails and considerations for the Einstein Trust Layer

• Contribute reusable delivery assets

• Monitor new product features and technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms

• Utilize AI tools and development assistants to enhance design and delivery efficiency

• Serve as a NeuraFlash and Accenture ambassador within the Salesforce community

• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development

• More than 4 years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture capacity

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Proficient in Apex and JavaScript

• Exposure to or working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce

• Demonstrated experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations

• Proven experience designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360

• Experience in creating Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs

• Understanding of front-end web development concepts and HTML/CSS

• Familiarity with source control and branching/pull request methodologies

• Knowledge of CI/CD solutions and DevOps practices

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details to developers and customer executives

• Must hold and maintain a valid passport during employment

• Required to acquire and maintain all relevant Salesforce certifications

• Preferred: experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities

• Preferred: experience with Data 360 unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution

• Preferred: experience with Agentforce Agent Script

• Preferred: relevant Salesforce or Claude certifications

• Preferred: background in consulting or professional services delivery

• Preferred: experience across additional Salesforce Clouds

• Preferred: understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-channel

• Preferred: experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony solutions

• Preferred: experience in designing solutions on AWS or GCP, including AWS Lambda functions

• Preferred: proficiency in using Claude Code or similar AI coding agents
