Salesforce Technical Architect, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop user experiences powered by Agentforce to deliver value to clients.

• Lead the design of technical solutions across Agentforce, Data 360, and the comprehensive Salesforce platform.

• Guide delivery teams from the initial design phase to deployment.

• Directly engage with clients and collaborate with project managers, solution architects, developers, designers, and colleagues.

• Take ownership of technical solution design, which includes agent topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.

• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from design through development, testing, and final deployment.

• Investigate innovative AI-agent solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Create scalable and secure architectures for Salesforce Data 360, encompassing DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation.

• Establish best practices for scalable data ingestion for Salesforce and Data 360.

• Design agent grounding strategies utilizing unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.

• Define integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.

• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and setting development standards for Apex, LWC, and Agentforce.

• Specify testing and evaluation approaches for agents, incorporating guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer considerations.

• Monitor new product features and technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, AWS, GCP, and other platforms.

• Utilize AI tools and development assistants to enhance design and delivery efficiency.

• Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture within the Salesforce community while fostering company culture.

• Travel up to 25% for client projects and company events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture capacity.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript.

• Knowledge or experience with Python, Java, C#, or other contemporary programming languages.

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Proven experience in designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.

• Experience in creating solutions on Salesforce Data 360.

• Familiarity with designing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems through REST APIs.

• Understanding of front-end web development principles along with HTML/CSS.

• Experience using source control and implementing branching/pull request strategies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to clarify complex technical concepts to developers and customer executives.

• Must hold and maintain a valid passport throughout employment.

• Must obtain and retain all relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Preferred: experience with Agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.

• Preferred: experience with Data 360, including unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution.

• Preferred: experience with Agentforce Agent Script.

• Preferred: relevant Salesforce or Claude certifications.

• Preferred: previous consulting or professional services delivery experience.

• Preferred: experience across additional Salesforce Clouds.

• Preferred: understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-Channel.

• Preferred: experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms.

• Preferred: experience designing solutions on AWS or GCP, including AWS Lambda.

• Preferred: proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents.
