Salesforce Architect – Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create engaging user experiences powered by Agentforce and provide business value to clients.

• Direct the technical solution design for Agentforce, Data 360, and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

• Guide delivery teams from the initial design phase through to deployment.

• Work collaboratively with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and colleagues to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

• Take ownership of technical solution design, encompassing agent topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment strategies, and associated data structures.

• Supervise and actively participate in the design, development, testing, and final deployment processes.

• Investigate innovative AI-agent solutions that enhance business outcomes.

• Develop scalable and secure architectures for Salesforce Data 360, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation.

• Establish best practices for scalable data ingestion within Salesforce and Data 360.

• Create strategies for agent grounding utilizing unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.

• Define integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.

• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code evaluations, mentoring, and adherence to development standards.

• Outline agent testing and evaluation methodologies, incorporating guardrails and Einstein Trust Layer considerations.

• Contribute reusable assets that enhance delivery quality and consistency.

• Monitor new technical developments across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.

• Leverage AI tools and development assistants to boost design and delivery efficiency.

• Serve as a NeuraFlash and Accenture ambassador within the Salesforce community.

• Be willing to travel up to 25% for customer engagements and company events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• More than 4 years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture capacity.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Apex and JavaScript.

• Familiarity or working knowledge of contemporary programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Proven track record in designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automation processes.

• Experience in creating solutions on Salesforce Data 360.

• Skilled in designing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs.

• Understanding of front-end web development concepts along with HTML/CSS.

• Experience with source control and branching/pull request methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD solutions and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate complex technical information to developers and customer executives.

• Must possess and retain a valid passport during employment.

• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Preferred: experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI technologies.

• Preferred: familiarity with Data 360 unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution.

• Preferred: experience using Agentforce Agent Script.

• Preferred: relevant Salesforce or Claude certifications.

• Preferred: prior experience in consulting or professional services delivery.

• Preferred: exposure to additional Salesforce Clouds.

• Preferred: understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-channel capabilities.

• Preferred: experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony solutions.

• Preferred: experience in designing solutions on AWS or GCP, including AWS Lambda.

• Preferred: proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants.
