Salesforce Technical Architect, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create engaging user experiences powered by Agentforce while delivering business value to clients.

• Spearhead the technical solution design for Agentforce, Data 360, and the wider Salesforce platform.

• Lead delivery teams from the initial design phase through to deployment.

• Work closely with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Designers, and team members to convert business requirements into well-architected solutions.

• Supervise and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Investigate innovative AI-agent solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Architect scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 solutions, incorporating DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns.

• Establish effective data-ingestion best practices for Salesforce and Data 360.

• Develop agent grounding strategies utilizing unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.

• Specify Salesforce integrations with external systems.

• Provide technical leadership through design and code reviews, mentoring, and setting development standards for Apex, LWC, and Agentforce.

• Establish testing and evaluation methods for agents, including guardrails and considerations for the Einstein Trust Layer.

• Contribute reusable delivery assets.

• Monitor new functionalities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.

• Utilize AI development tools and assistants to enhance design and delivery efficiency.

• Obtain and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture as advocates within the Salesforce community and support the cultivation of company culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application and software development.

• More than 4 years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture capacity.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Apex and JavaScript, with some exposure to or familiarity with Python, Java, or C#.

• Experience in developing Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

• Proven experience in designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360.

• Experience in crafting Salesforce integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs.

• Understanding of front-end web development concepts and HTML/CSS.

• Experience with version control and branching/pull request methodologies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to developers and customer executives.

• Must have a valid passport that is maintained throughout employment.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client projects and company events.
