Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Drive clients through the entire journey, from envisioning and strategizing enterprise systems to implementation and operational live state.

• Assist customers and teams in leveraging the Salesforce platform to meet their business objectives.

• Engage in transformation initiatives from strategic planning up to the go-live phase.

• Aid clients in assessing and adopting AI solutions, including Agentforce.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities, design quality, and delivery efficiency.

• Take part in vision planning, architectural design, post-launch operations, and ongoing optimization.

• Conduct strategy and change design, encompassing business process reform, organizational change, enterprise IT architecture, Salesforce platform strategy, organizational governance, change enablement, adoption, and proof of concept validation.

• Facilitate project execution from defining requirements to release using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

• Engage in project planning, requirements interviews and analysis, application and architecture design, development, testing, data migration, deployment, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.

• Establish Salesforce governance frameworks and Centers of Excellence operating models.

• Participate in design reviews and architectural governance.

• Offer best practices in design and optimization suggestions.

• Conduct Salesforce Org health checks, architectural diagnostics, and provide optimization recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical experience in Strategy & Change Design, Governance & Optimization, or Project Execution & Support, having played a key role.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading teams or projects.

• Strong communication skills with senior executives, including C-level leaders, and pertinent stakeholders.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across various departments and roles.

• Ability to swiftly grasp business requirements, technical concepts related to Salesforce, and project methodologies.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and apply AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Capability for critical thinking and unlearning when necessary.

• Flexibility in adapting thought processes and methodologies for emerging technologies like AI.

• Native proficiency in Chinese.

• Professional proficiency in English for business communication.

• Preferred Salesforce-related certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.

• Experience in AI, data applications, data governance, or AI agent projects is a plus.

• Practical experience with project communication and cross-border collaboration in English is advantageous.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency or delivery quality in consulting services or system implementations is beneficial.
