Senior Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts on client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Engage in customer meetings to assess requirements and outline Salesforce implementation needs.

• Develop functional and data-centric models and structured project plans utilizing agile methodologies.

• Analyze the feasibility of requirements and evaluate potential risks.

• Operate within an agile team, managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Liaise with the Solutions Practice and oversee developers during the execution of project plans.

• Attend regular meetings with teams and clients to review project progress and outline next steps.

• Provide mentorship to junior consultants to aid in their professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce or CRM sector as a business analyst, consultant, or project manager.

• Proficiency in Salesforce technology, preferably within the Consumer Goods Cloud.

• Strong affinity for digital and analytical subjects.

• Solid understanding of business processes.

• Familiarity with software architecture and interface technologies in cloud environments.

• Knowledge of user acceptance testing management.

• Customer-focused and self-motivated work approach.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Ability to thrive in a diverse international setting.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Experience in one of the company's core industries.
