Senior Consultant, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds)

• Gather requirements

• Design solutions

• Configure and coordinate custom developments

• Serve as a functional and technical reference for the client

• Manage workshops, demos, and training sessions

• Ensure best practices, quality, and compliance with deliverables

• Participate in Salesforce area projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce consulting

• Salesforce Administrator certification

• At least 2 advanced certifications, such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Direct communication with clients in complex environments

• Experience leading projects or teams

• Ability to generate backlog for the team

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
