Salesforce Consultant, Revenue Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and execute custom code solutions utilizing Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Omniscript, and Business Rules Engine.

• Work alongside Solution Architects to develop detailed client solution designs.

• Formulate strategies to address intricate technical challenges.

• Execute solutions that align with business requirements while enhancing processes and productivity.

• Provide data models for customized solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects.

• Conduct code reviews and perform unit testing.

• Ensure that technical solutions fulfill client business needs.

• Aid in the deployment across different environments.

• Oversee technical documentation for project transitions.

• Commit changes to source control and initiate pull requests.

• Review and integrate work within source control.

• Execute data deployments and sandbox seeding to validate features.

• Manage final production releases and implement rollback or restoration as necessary.

• Develop scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions along with reusable assets for various clients.

• Offer technical leadership and provide transformative, financially impactful solutions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with Salesforce.

• Minimum of 3 years focused on Agentforce Revenue Management (previously Revenue Cloud or RCA), CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects.

• Strong grasp of pricing and discounting calculations, proration, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.

• Practical experience with Omnistudio Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature solutions.

• Foundational knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external platforms such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.

• Experience in building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript.

• Proficient in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.

• Understanding of MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Experience in developing Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents.

• Proficient in JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and web services using Scribe, SOAP, REST, or JSON.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect are preferred.

• Strong Apex experience with the ability to review and provide feedback on Salesforce coding best practices.

• Familiarity with design patterns and test-driven development.

• Previous experience with deployments and using DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with the capacity to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
