Senior Salesforce Consultant

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner to clients within the Salesforce practice.

• Provide customized, integrated Salesforce solutions.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to grasp business objectives.

• Collaborate with the Business Analyst or Product Owner to refine and prioritize user stories and features.

• Evaluate complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.

• Act as the primary expert on declarative capabilities, including advanced Flow.

• Advocate for scalable and maintainable solutions that minimize technical debt.

• Oversee configuration efforts while promoting best practices and consistent naming conventions.

• Clarify the interactions between declarative configurations and custom code with the development team.

• Mentor junior configurators, address obstacles, and function as a technical escalation point.

• Lead discussions with clients and offer strategic technical advice focused on delivering business value.

• Develop and implement AI-enabled client solutions approved by the firm, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI tools and identify compliant opportunities in conjunction with firm leadership.

• Guide project teams and clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience working with Salesforce.com.

• More than 4 years of experience in systems consulting.

• In-depth knowledge of business processes within Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

• Proficient Salesforce configurator.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for team events as necessary.

• Capability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.

• Eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in line with firm policies and client standards.

• Preferred experience within a consulting or professional services setting.
