
Senior Consultant, Salesforce Platform Builder and Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee the technical delivery for Salesforce client projects, which includes planning for implementation, assessing risks, configuring systems, developing solutions, managing integrations, migrating data, assigning staff, and executing projects.
• Keep engagement leaders updated on progress, potential risks, changes in scope, and budgetary status.
• Act as the technical lead for designated Salesforce initiatives and oversee the coordination of technical workstreams.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, implementation leads, and members of cross-functional teams.
• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions utilizing both declarative and programmatic tools.
• Engage in client discovery sessions, solution design, and technical planning activities.
• Lead efforts related to Salesforce, Sage Intacct, DataBlend, and other integration and data migration projects.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges involving Salesforce, integrations, metadata, deployments, reporting, and data quality issues.
• Manage the application lifecycle and release processes with tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git-based source control, code reviews, deployment planning, and environment management.
• Support data architecture and reporting strategies, which encompass data modeling, object design, relationship management, security architecture, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation regarding configuration, testing, deployment, integration, and technical processes.
• Provide client support, technical training, relationship management, and assistance with solution adoption.
• Mentor consultants and project team members while establishing technical standards.
• Contribute to sales support activities, solution scoping, technical demonstrations, innovation, process enhancements, client value objectives, and professional growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Must successfully complete a background check, including a credit check, at any time to maintain eligibility.
• Over 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, supporting, or troubleshooting Salesforce software and integrations between SaaS applications.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, ETL tools, middleware platforms, or iPaaS solutions.
• Preferred: Experience with Lightning Web Components.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX.
• Preferred: Experience with Git or GitHub.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Sage Intacct, nonprofit organizations, fund accounting, or community foundations.
