Salesforce Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and assess realistic workflows within the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.

• Develop and oversee Salesforce reports and dashboards.

• Utilize Salesforce Flow and automation capabilities to enhance standard business processes.

• Accurately manage and organize CRM data.

• Investigate Salesforce features and pinpoint common real-world applications.

• Thoroughly document the procedures required to complete various Salesforce workflows.

• Review workflows and offer constructive feedback based on Salesforce expertise.

• Leverage Salesforce knowledge to assist in training next-generation AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.

• Proven experience in managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards.

• Experience in utilizing Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.

• Solid understanding of CRM data management.

• Ability to articulate Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

• No previous experience in AI is necessary.

• High proficiency in written and verbal communication for efficient collaboration in a remote setting.
