Salesforce Consultant, Amazon Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee evaluations and execute hands-on configuration for Salesforce Voice (Service Cloud Voice) and Amazon Connect

• Assist in the development of Lambda functions, APIs, and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect

• Offer troubleshooting, testing, UAT support, and deployment assistance for planned go-lives

• Provide thorough documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to the client team

⛳️ Requirements

• Established expertise in integrating Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) with Amazon Connect

• Engagement on a fractional, as-needed basis

• Availability for up to 20 hours weekly

• Approximately 160 hours over a period of 2 to 2.5 months
