Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive process discovery, mapping, documentation, and enhancement.

• Create enterprise process maps and detailed work instructions.

• Identify gaps in processes, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Establish governance frameworks and standards for processes.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and Product & Engineering teams.

• Design and deliver functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Oversee the delivery lifecycle from feature ideation through development, production deployment, and user adoption.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud, offering guidance and best practices.

• Conduct process workshops with business stakeholders.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and various stakeholder groups.

• Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions.

• Champion Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop KPIs and SLAs to evaluate process performance.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement necessary corrective actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a role focused on analysis and process improvement.

• Ability to facilitate collaboration across various teams while representing the interests of multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in delivering complex Salesforce software systems and solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and other no-code platform capabilities.

• Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards, such as HL7 and FHIR.

• Knowledge of security and access controls, particularly concerning health data.

• Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems.

• Proven experience in migrating existing business processes to Salesforce.

• Ability to prioritize and comprehend requirements to address fundamental needs.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Jenkins.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.
