This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable partner to clients within the Salesforce practice.
• Take the lead in conducting discovery sessions, workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning discussions, and stakeholder interviews independently.
• Collect, validate, and prioritize business requirements effectively.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Convert business needs into user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Serve as a liaison among developers, Salesforce configurators, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering requirements, documentation, quality assurance, and training activities.
• Examine business processes and outline actionable requirements from discovery to deployment.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while defining acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate system integrations by identifying business needs and encouraging collaboration.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Business Analysts.
• Create and present process documentation, training materials, and status reports.
• Assess and escalate project issues, risks, and conflicts as necessary.
• Utilize firm-approved AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging AI tools and pinpoint compliant opportunities for client solutions and internal processes.
• 5–8 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting firm or professional services environment, supporting Salesforce implementation projects as a Business Analyst.
• Capability to independently lead client-facing meetings with minimal supervision.
• Strong skills in client management.
• Ability to communicate effectively between developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core objects, data models, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Critical thinking ability to identify gaps, risks, and considerations.
• Experience in facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and transforming business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to responsibly explore and implement firm-approved AI tools, including AWS-native tools like Amazon Q.
• Willingness to learn about emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
• Availability to travel for client and team engagements as required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services setting is essential.
• Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Preferred prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members.
