This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Facilitate the gathering of requirements, conduct workshops, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage process documentation.
• Oversee backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners to ensure alignment of solutions.
• Assist with UAT, defect management, the go-live phase, and hypercare.
• Offer expertise in P&C insurance across various areas including policy, underwriting, claims, billing, distribution, and customer service.
• Suggest Salesforce-native/configuration-first solutions while identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Cultivate relationships with business and technology leaders, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and account expansion.
• Aid in PreSales activities, solution development, estimates, and the creation of Statements of Work (SOW).
• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consulting.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations.
• 4+ years of experience in P&C insurance, preferably in Personal Lines/Homeowners.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud/Insurance.
• Proven experience in conducting requirements workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies, and proficiency in Jira.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Agentforce.
• Experience with Digital Insurance/FSC, Guidewire/Duck Creek integrations, data migration, reporting, and analytics is preferred.
• Preferred experience in PreSales, solution development, or account growth within a consulting environment.
