This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Salesforce configuration, encompassing page layouts, flows, permissions, automation, and associated platform features.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert and primary administrator of the Service Cloud Voice integrated with the AWS Connect telephony environment.
• Ensure platform usability while balancing immediate business demands with long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Develop and sustain automation using Flow Builder, including both screen flows and scheduled flows.
• Oversee data imports, updates, transformations, and integrity with tools such as Data Loader, Import Wizard, and ETL solutions.
• Set and uphold Salesforce data quality and governance standards.
• Spot opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage Salesforce security by utilizing profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, organization-wide defaults, and related controls.
• Promote the transition from profile-heavy access models to permission-set-driven access.
• Ensure appropriate user access while safeguarding sensitive information and adhering to governance standards.
• Configure and resolve issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrated with AWS Connect.
• Provide support for Unified Routing and skill-based Omni-Channel routing.
• Troubleshoot call flows, routing, telephony integrations, and associated user challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and assess new capabilities.
• Streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and enhance user experience.
• Work alongside technical teams on development practices, including Git and GitHub.
• 5–7 years of practical Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
• Strong expertise in Flow Builder, including screen flows and scheduled flows.
• Experience with Data Loader, Import Wizard, or third-party ETL solutions.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults (OWD).
• Proven experience in implementing permission-set-driven access models.
• Capability to create clear reports and formulas.
• Familiarity with AWS Connect Call Center technology and Unified Routing.
• Experience with skill-based Omni-Channel routing within Service Cloud Voice.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Salesforce telephony functionality.
• Experience with, or a willingness to become skilled in, Git and GitHub.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, are preferred.
• Experience in administering Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Slack is preferred.
• Familiarity with AppExchange managed packages is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components is preferred.
• Experience in managing a multi-org or enterprise Salesforce environment is preferred.
• Background in hospitality, real estate, subscription-based businesses, or other complex customer-facing sectors is preferred.
