This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Take charge of Salesforce configuration encompassing page layouts, flows, permissions, automation, and associated platform functionalities.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert and the primary administrator of the Service Cloud Voice integrated with AWS Connect telephony system.
• Uphold platform usability while balancing immediate business requirements with long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Develop and manage automation using Flow Builder, which includes screen flows and scheduled flows.
• Oversee data imports, updates, transformations, and integrity utilizing Data Loader, Import Wizard, and ETL tools.
• Create and uphold data quality and governance standards.
• Discover opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage Salesforce security through profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, organization-wide defaults, and related controls.
• Champion best practices for transitioning to permission-set-driven access.
• Ensure proper user access, data protection, and governance.
• Configure and troubleshoot telephony functionalities within Salesforce.
• Assist with Unified Routing and skill-based Omni-Channel routing.
• Resolve issues related to call flows, routing, telephony integrations, and user challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and assess new capabilities.
• Identify ways to streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and improve user experience.
• Work alongside technical teams on development practices, including Git and GitHub.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required.
• Strong expertise with Flow Builder, including both screen flows and scheduled flows.
• Proficient in Salesforce data tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard, or third-party ETL solutions.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce's security framework, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults (OWD).
• Proven experience in implementing and advocating for permission-set-driven access models.
• Capability to build clear, logical, and comprehensible reports and formulas.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to explain long-term solution tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with AWS Connect Call Center technology and Unified Routing.
• Experience with skill-based Omni-Channel routing within Service Cloud Voice.
• Background in troubleshooting telephony functionalities within Salesforce.
• Experience with, or willingness to gain proficiency in, Git and GitHub.
• Preferred: additional Salesforce certifications, including Advanced Administrator.
• Preferred: experience in administering Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Slack.
• Preferred: knowledge of AppExchange managed packages.
• Preferred: basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components, with the ability to read and troubleshoot code.
• Preferred: experience supporting a multi-org or enterprise Salesforce environment.
• Preferred: experience in hospitality, real estate, subscription-based businesses, or other complex customer-facing sectors.
