This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Neurology commercial leaders to establish training priorities that align with business objectives and promote measurable changes in field behavior.
• Stay informed about Neurology disease states, products, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Create, develop, and deliver Neurology training through various formats including virtual, in-person, e-learning, and blended approaches.
• Evaluate training metrics and field feedback to determine effectiveness and provide recommendations to business leaders.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to enhance the Neurology training program, aiming to improve learner experience and overall impact.
• Work in conjunction with Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations to incorporate tools, sales processes, and business initiatives into field training strategies.
• Partner with first- and second-level sales leaders across two Neurology product lines to reinforce learning and ensure sustained field execution.
• Guarantee that training content and programs meet regulatory requirements, comply with company policies, and adhere to legal-medical-regulatory review standards.
• Oversee external training partners and vendors.
• Facilitate field readiness and ongoing learning support for the USCAN Neurology radiopharmaceutical sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in the US and Canada as well as global partners.
• Coordinate learning initiatives with the broader Radiopharmaceutical Sales Training team.
• Assist in new hire onboarding and continuous professional development.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in life sciences learning and development, commercial training, sales enablement, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of direct field sales experience.
• Proven experience in supporting field sales teams, launching products, educating on disease states, or developing customer-facing capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be accepted.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering educational programs.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with instructional design, curriculum development, adult learning principles, and learner-centered program design.
• Proficient in learning technologies, sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Experience collaborating with legal, medical, regulatory, compliance, or promotional review teams in a regulated setting.
• Capability to manage agencies, vendors, or external training partners.
• Understanding of commercial sales processes, opportunity management, account planning, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to convert complex scientific, clinical, or technical information into practical learning experiences.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
