This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish annual company-wide ARR and pipeline generation objectives utilizing structured assumptions and scenarios.
• Manage sales quota determination, headcount and capacity models, as well as analysis of representative productivity.
• Assist in territory design and ensure alignment of coverage with growth opportunities.
• Define standard planning-cycle inputs, timelines, and outputs.
• Develop and sustain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for sales, SE, and xDR teams.
• Identify leading indicators for potential risks and opportunities.
• Standardize metrics across various regions, channels, and product lines.
• Leverage AI to create scalable tools and enhance workflow efficiencies for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with GTM and Finance leaders on performance assessment and decision-making processes.
• Transform intricate analyses into clear, defendable recommendations.
• Align stakeholders around a unified narrative.
• Establish analytical rigor and QA standards throughout the analytics team.
• Mentor colleagues and junior analysts in modeling, scenario planning, and executive communication.
• Enhance reporting automation and data integrity.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales Strategy & Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in GTM analytics, sales operations, or a related role supporting an enterprise, multi-product GTM initiative; B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• Profound knowledge of GTM motions, sales planning (territories, quota setting), and forecasting for sales, SE, and xDR functions.
• Proficient in SQL; capable of independently pulling, joining, and validating data.
• Familiarity with contemporary B2B commercial tools including Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI to develop scalable GTM tools and improve workflow efficiencies.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into a single clear recommendation.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and challenge conventional wisdom when supported by data.
• Nice to have: experience with dbt, Python or R, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Nice to have: experience with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools.
